Profile
As an Associate Attorney, Luke is immersed in a variety of litigation, representing victims of medical negligence, wrongful death, and civil rights violations.
Luke was a key contributor to a multi-plaintiff litigation against Yale University’s Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Clinic. The recent settlement brought justice to dozens of women undergoing IVF treatment who were victims of controlled substance diversion and denied critical pain medications. Luke also helped successfully challenge an election official's denial of ballot access to a mayoral candidate, a trial result affirmed by the Connecticut Supreme Court.
Luke began his legal career at Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder as a summer associate in 2020 and Theodore I. Koskoff Public Interest Fellow in 2023. Before joining Koskoff, Luke clerked for the Honorable (now Chief Justice) Raheem Mullins of the Connecticut Supreme Court. Prior to clerking, Luke served as the deputy director of Desegregate Connecticut, a legal nonprofit advancing statewide land use reforms to improve housing access and affordability.
Luke is engaged in a robust pro-bono practice, providing legal representation to children in the child welfare system. Before law school, he managed and developed homelessness housing and shelter in Seattle, Washington. Luke graduated cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with dual degrees in Economics and Political Science.
