Luke began his legal career at Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder as a summer associate in 2020. He joined Koskoff again in 2023 as a Theodore I. Koskoff Public Interest Fellow.

Before joining Koskoff, Luke clerked for the Honorable Raheem Mullins of the Connecticut Supreme Court. Prior to clerking, Luke served as the deputy director of Desegregate Connecticut, a legal nonprofit advancing statewide land use reforms to improve housing access and affordability.

 While in law school, Luke represented indigent clients through the University of Connecticut Criminal Defense Clinic, served as President of the Public Interest Law Group, and provided legal research and support to the Connecticut Hate Crimes Advisory Council.

Before law school, Luke managed and developed homelessness housing and shelter in Seattle, Washington. Luke graduated cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with dual degrees in Economics and Political Science.
