Profile

Nico Gurian joined Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder in 2018 as the firm’s fifth Theodore I. Koskoff Trial Advocacy Fellow. Nico is a determined advocate for justice. Prior to joining Koskoff, he worked as in the litigation department of global law firm in New York. Nico received a BA in History from Columbia College in 2013 and a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2017. At Columbia Law School, he was a James Kent Scholar for outstanding academic achievement and was awarded the Lawrence Greenbaum Prize for winning first place in the finals of the Harlen Fiske Stone Moot Court, as determined by a panel of Federal Circuit Court judges. He was the Executive Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems, and externed for the Hon. Robert D. Sack on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
