Historic Slave Photos Received at International African American Museum After Landmark Victory Against Harvard
Koskoff Attorneys joined a homecoming announcement honoring The 1850 Daguerreotypes at IAMM. Believed to be the earliest known photographs of enslaved Americans, these images include those of Renty and his daughter Delia. CT family awarded $20 million in medical case
The family of a Connecticut man who bled to death following elective surgery has been awarded $20 million by a jury, according to attorney and partner Kelly Fitzpatrick, of Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder. Fitzpatrick said the hope is the verdict “represents a catalyst for change,” so the situation doesn’t happen again.
