Woman Awarded $15.1M After Yale-New Haven Surgery Left Her Blind
A New Haven jury found Yale New Haven Hospital negligent and awarded $15.1 million to Lioudmila Pyleva, an 85-year-old Groton woman rendered blind when toxic antiseptic solution was allowed to drip into and stay in her only seeing eye while she was unconscious during brain surgery.

First Amendment Suit Filed Against DOJ Over Firing of Career Federal Prosecutor
Koskoff is representing former federal prosecutor Will Rosenzweig, who was terminated from the U.S. Department of Justice after political commentary critical of the administration and posted as a private citizen resurfaced online. Rosenzweig is challenging the termination, alleging it violated First Amendment rights and federal employment protections.

Koskoff represented the estate of Dr. Jacqueline Satchell in a medical malpractice case that resulted in a $7.73 million jury verdict. A Connecticut jury found that failures in post-operative care at Yale New Haven Hospital resulted in a preventable death of the beloved physician whose practice supported underserved patients.
