Here's what you will be doing ...

  • Handle all administrative responsibilities for Litigation/Practice Manager and medical malpractice team
  • Request, organize and review medical records
  • Answer phones and interact with clients
  • Prepare trial material and exhibits
  • Sort, organize and maintain videotaped depositions
  • Input all correspondence into our case management system
  • Conduct social media searches
  • Help with trial equipment setup in court

Qualifications ...

  • College graduate
  • 2+ years prior law firm experience preferred
